Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026 tech deployments
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite on R&D strategy and patent portfolios
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present future tech frameworks to investors and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight training
- Experience with patent strategy and IP valuation
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Presentation experience at global tech conferences
