Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions and market shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic tech forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging tech adoption trends
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Represent NextGen at global tech foresight summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
