Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, bio-integration, AGI)
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on paradigm-shifting developments
- Partner with product teams to translate future trends into actionable roadmaps
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Manage a $2M+ innovation budget for 2026-proofing initiatives
- Present findings at global tech forums and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from AC/FS or Foresight Practitioners)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
