- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to identify and validate disruptive business opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies and market shifts to inform strategic pivots and investment decisions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure alignment on high-impact initiatives
- Oversee the development of future-proof business models and revenue streams
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for long-term strategic initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Studies (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of past strategic initiatives that generated measurable market impact
- Certification in Strategic Innovation or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFSD, CFP) a plus
