- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across technology and business domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage a network of innovation partners across academia and industry
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication expertise
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
