- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and market opportunities
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market launch
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies or services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ successful innovation initiatives
- Experience with agile and design-thinking methodologies
