Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio lifecycle from ideation to commercialization
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or ventures
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Experience managing P&L for innovation portfolios ($10M+ scale)
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
