- Develop scenario-planning models that quantify risks/opportunities in emerging technology landscapes
- Lead strategic workshops with executive teams to align organizational roadmaps with future realities
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' synthesizing technical, regulatory, and consumer behavior shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 5+ years in innovation/strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
