Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to prepare for 2026 and beyond, including horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to simulate and prepare for potential futures
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into current strategic roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling narratives about future opportunities and risks to stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops to co-create future-proof solutions with cross-functional teams
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Portfolio demonstrating past futurist projects or strategic foresight work
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from CFAR or APF)
