Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client organizations navigating 2026+ market landscapes
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in partnership with MIT Media Lab
- Oversee prototyping of futuristic solutions in our Innovation Foundry lab
- Mentor cross-functional teams in foresight methodologies and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
