- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen research
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies
- Integrate ethical foresight principles into all long-term planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (AI, Web3, biotechnology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
