Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, climate, social) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 horizon
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational strategy and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and data synthesis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or MF) highly desirable
