Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological paradigms through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across diverse industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of innovation pioneers and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model multi-variable future scenarios
- Published thought leader in top-tier innovation or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption preparedness
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP)
