Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop and present scenario-based forecasts for 2026+ market disruptions and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and governance
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global industry forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and strategic analysts
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' alignment with 2026 objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic transformation projects
