- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design resilience protocols for technological black swan events
- Guide ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioengineering, etc.)
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and Monte Carlo simulations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to diverse audiences
