Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with demonstrable futures impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech trends
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executive decision frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
