As a 2026 Readiness Architect, you will bridge the gap between futuristic concepts and actionable business strategies. You will work closely with C-suite executives to identify disruptive technologies, from advanced AI integrations to sustainable tech ecosystems, ensuring Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define the Strategic Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused specifically on the goals and capabilities required for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global tech trends, emerging markets, and disruptive innovations to predict future industry shifts.
- Technology Forecasting: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems) to determine their viability for Nexus Horizon.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical forecasts into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and board members.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for future market leadership.
- Resource Planning: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align long-term strategic visions with short-term operational execution.
- Future-Proofing: Advise on regulatory changes and ethical considerations regarding future technologies to ensure compliance and reputation management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, IoT, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about the future and translate long-term visions into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex strategic challenges.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
