Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant systems and AI-human collaboration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging biotech, climate tech, and neural interface innovations
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 clients and UN technology councils
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable innovation pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI ethics, and circular economy principles
- Proven track record of scaling global innovation initiatives ($5M+ budgets)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published research on technological singularity mitigation strategies
- Fluency in 3+ languages with strong cross-cultural negotiation skills
