- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Coordinate global innovation challenges with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich partners
- Present strategic forecasts at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate strategy consulting or R&D leadership
- Published thought leader in technology forecasting (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or APF
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or German preferred
