- Design innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with 5-year strategic objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate future visions into current action plans
- Establish competitive advantage through patent strategy and emerging IP opportunities
- Maintain foresight ecosystem network with academic, government, and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced qualification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
