Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ trend analysis frameworks across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Design and facilitate strategic innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product development and operational roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Build quantitative forecasting models for market disruption scenarios
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting abstract concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
