Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze market data and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $2M+ annual budget
- Foster an innovation ecosystem through internal workshops and external partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or product development with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives
