Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends and competitive threats
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental initiatives
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive open innovation through startup partnerships and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, corporate development, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise
