Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 product ecosystem and market positioning
- Direct cross-functional teams in developing disruptive prototypes and MVPs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market trends
- Drive innovation through design thinking workshops and rapid experimentation cycles
- Present innovation roadmap to C-suite and secure executive buy-in
- Maintain competitive analysis and patent landscape for future technologies
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate trends into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
