Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and communicate the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems.
- Technology Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between product, design, and executive leadership.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve system latency, throughput, and overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, Rust) and frameworks, with deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, high-stakes technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
