- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI paradigms (quantum neural networks, synthetic consciousness)
- Author white papers for G20 AI Policy Council and IEEE Ethics committees
- Architect decentralized AI governance systems using blockchain integration
- Mentor PhD candidates in AI ethics and transhumanist philosophy
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurology with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act, and global AI governance
- Experience with neuro-interface hardware (Neuralink, CTRL-Labs)
- Portfolio demonstrating AI ethics frameworks deployed at Fortune 500 scale
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
