Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive organizational culture of experimental learning and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products (3+ examples)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment scenarios
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or conferences
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
