- Present strategic insights at global conferences and publish thought leadership in industry journals
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with KPIs focused on market disruption and ROI
- Mentor junior futurists and build external partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Innovation Labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation implementations by 2025
