Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT-caliber researchers and industry disruptors
- Architect strategic roadmaps for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, Singularity University, and sovereign innovation labs
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech solutions achieving net-positive impact by 2026
- Mentor next-gen futurists in our proprietary 'Horizon Scanning' methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology R&D
- Proven track record scaling disruptive tech from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI governance, or neurotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures, HBR, or equivalent tier
- Security clearance or experience with classified innovation initiatives
- Fluency in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and trend analysis
