Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for quantum computing adoption and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging tech impacts
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Design resilience frameworks for climate and geopolitical uncertainties
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and clean tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
