Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 strategic vision for technology integration and organizational growth.
- Identify emerging trends (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) and quantify their impact on business operations.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, design, and product teams on long-term goals.
- Oversee the development of long-term R&D roadmaps and innovation labs.
- Advocate for disruptive technologies and champion new methodologies within the executive board.
- Measure the success of 2026 initiatives and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and future-proofing businesses.
- Expert knowledge of emerging tech stacks relevant to the 2026 horizon (Generative AI, Web3, Advanced Robotics).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
