- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying emerging tech trends with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptors to accelerate future-ready ecosystems
- Translate foresight into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders, securing resources for experimental initiatives
- Mentor talent in future-thinking methodologies, fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks, ensuring compliance with 2026 regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ year market impact (quantum/AI/bio-tech preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
