You'll leverage cutting-edge research, AI-driven analytics, and human-centered design to create actionable roadmaps for exponential growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological trends shaping 2026 (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present future outlook reports to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Champion sustainable and ethical technology adoption principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented strategy implementations
