Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and maintain a real-time trend intelligence dashboard
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing and implementing future-oriented strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong network in emerging tech and futurist communities
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
