Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation pathways
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and global innovators
- Design and pilot '2026 Innovation Labs' to test future-proof business models
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities with visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, books)
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
