- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for 5-year industry transformations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with organizational vision
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives launched in the past 5 years
