Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and societal shifts to forecast future scenarios for 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on future insights.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to integrate future-focused strategies into product roadmaps.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on future thinking and strategic foresight across the organization.
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, industry experts, and thought leaders to stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Produce high-impact reports, whitepapers, and presentations on future trends and strategic implications.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of future strategies and adjust as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Economics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios to diverse audiences.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy.
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and other foresight methodologies.
