Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 industry impact scenarios using horizon scanning and cross-disciplinary research
- Design predictive models for tech adoption curves and market disruption vectors
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Produce whitepapers and trend briefs on biotech convergence and sustainable tech breakthroughs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring preparedness for 2026 operational landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
