Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders across 12 global offices
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven predictions for 2026 market shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development roadmaps
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and industry futurist forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption trends (with published validations)
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 implemented future-focused initiatives
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
