As a key member of our Strategic Insights Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your work will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and organizational resilience in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological, economic, and social trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in next-gen markets
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
