Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological and market projections
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities and risks in emerging ecosystems
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and synthesize insights into executive briefings
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future-readiness initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization and storytelling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on long-term innovation cycles
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
