Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future-focused initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototyping and pilot programs for future solutions
- Present compelling futures narratives to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to maintain competitive advantage
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) required
