Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate them into strategic roadmaps for 2026-2035
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and innovation blueprints
- Develop quantitative/qualitative foresight models using AI-driven analytics and human-centered design
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future-readiness initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging technologies and business models
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, Millennium Project) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
