Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market signals, and geopolitical trends to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and user experience paradigms
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
