- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 product portfolio expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Deliver quarterly scenario planning reports for board-level decision making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future vision to investors and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist research team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and SWOT analysis
