- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario modeling for stakeholder decision-making

- Drive cross-functional alignment on future-oriented KPIs and innovation metrics
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating applied futurism projects with measurable outcomes
