- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Establish cross-functional future literacy programs across global teams
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, and biotech
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented in complex organizations
