Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping human-AI collaboration systems and ethical governance protocols
- Produce quarterly Future State Briefings for C-suite executives and board members
- Design and execute global innovation workshops with stakeholders across 15+ time zones
- Establish KPIs for measuring paradigm shifts and adoption curves of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications in partnership with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Cognitive Science (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in quantum computing applications, neuro-interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on human-machine interaction or ethical AI
- Experience with Delphi methodology, causal layered analysis, and backcasting techniques
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (SDM) or Technology Roadmapping
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Fluency in at least two major languages with cross-cultural negotiation experience
