Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Reports on disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives across 12 global innovation hubs
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic bets with corporate vision and ESG goals
- Present futures insights to Fortune 500 clients and board members through compelling narratives
- Maintain proprietary Future Radar database tracking 500+ emerging signals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on multi-billion dollar initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal megatrends
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive innovation and paradigm shifts
