Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026+ markets
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with quantitative and qualitative data visualization
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences (Davos, Web Summit)
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Expertise in Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and cross-impact matrices
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro, Palisade @Risk, and Tableau
- Track record of implementing foresight insights generating >$100M ROI
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities (Mandarin/Spanish a plus)
